Hi, Sheevaun here, I'm driving for your success. Hey, do you ever have stress? If you're not raising your hands saying, "I've had stress," then you're not telling the truth. Because all of us have stress. I definitely have stress. I may handle it differently than I used to when I was in corporate, because in corporate with stress, I would really just internalize it and I basically ate it and I digested it and then it created some problems. It got me sick and I nearly died from. You know what I mean? Stress is one of those things that it creates good things because it fuels us to make a change, implement something that is a better process et cetera.


But it doesn't need to take you down and whip you around and completely defeat you, it really doesn't. I don't know if you've checked out any of my other stuff. If you haven't, then you'll know. Once you have, that I've written a whole bunch of books and I have a lot of stuff to share around stress and energy and so on. But one of the things we do when we get stressed, one of the first things we do when we get stressed is to stop breathing. Then we're all all right. Then we end up with shoulder and neck problems and then it becomes a back problem.


Stress is pretty dangerous if you don't deal with it right away. Everyone says to you I'm sure like they did to me years ago is that, "Go and meditate." Yeah, right. Try to get this to shut up. You kind of know what I'm talking about. Meditation is something that we already do. Yeah, I want to demystify that for you. You're already meditating. I don't care what you say. You ever missed your exit on the freeway, you've been meditating on something else for sure. Do you ever go pass a few pages in a book, you've been meditating on something else. Something off and in a tangent spatial place. That's a form of meditation.


You're already meditating. Now, do you want to learn how to do it better? Do you want to learn how to do it with intentionality? The reason for that is when you're intentional about it, you actually have more time, more space and a lot less stress. Thank God I'm not riding one of those. Anyway, less stress in two minutes, it's doable. For now, while I'm driving for your success, what I want you to do is I want you to take a deep breath in and hold at the top and exhale through your nose. Then hold at the bottom and inhale through your nose and hold at the top and exhale through your nose and hold at the bottom. That's a lot less than two minutes for sure.
